Will has spent the past twenty-five years working in healthcare and meeting the needs of the disabled.  Will’s past work experience includes thirteen years in many healthcare environments as a Medicare & Medicaid Fraud Auditor, State Director of Total Quality Management, Emergency Medical Technician, Life flight neonatal and adult Respiratory Therapist.

Will has spoken nationally on protecting Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, trust administration and Medicare & Medicaid fraud. In addition he is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF) and has been working with special needs trusts for over a decade.

Will has developed an automated industry compliant online trust administration system for special needs trust administration that is linked to national brokerage firm affiliates and our corporate trustees. He continues to speak and publish materials on individual and pooled special needs trusts. He is holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Applied Behavioral Sciences.

Will is a melanoma survivor and has been visually impaired as a result since 2003. He is committed to the mission of creating a better world for the disabled.

Operations Director – Tina Senteno, CLPF

Tina has nearly three decades of experience working in banking, real estate (transactional and appraising) trust administration and serving as a professional fiduciary (of the person and estate).

Tina worked for various financial institutions in operations, commercial and business banking,  real estate and credit analysis. She obtained her real estate sales license and real estate appraisal license in 2000.  She opened and operated a successful business for several years.  A family tragedy that involved her autistic brother resulted in Tina’s involvement in fiduciary work.  She was galvanized to gear her life to help the disabled.  She served as a court appointed professional fiduciary and simultaneously began working in the administration of special needs trusts.  She has served as Operations Director and Senior Vice President for a national special needs trust administration company for the past five years.

Her expertise extends across multiple disciplines encompassing responsibilities involving highly sensitive matters.

Her charitable work includes: counseling Medicare beneficiaries, the food bank, beach clean-ups and programs for animal care and adoption.

Executive Director – Daniel C. Parri, Esq.

Dan has been working with Pooled & Individual Special Needs Trusts since 2002. He is a graduate of Stetson University, College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Dan received his Masters degree from Marshall University and Bachelors degree from University of South Florida. Dan is a member of the Florida and Clearwater Bar Associations and chair of the Clearwater Bar’s Elder Law Section.

Dan is on the Board of Directors of the Guardian Association of Pinellas County and an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and Academy of Special Needs Planners.  He worked for the Florida Department of Corrections as a felony probation officer.

In January of 2010 in addition to being the executive director of Charities Pooled Trust, Dan has opened The Parri Law Firm, PLLC as his father retired and closed the law offices of Raymond L. Parri, PA.
